The Government of Nepal, if it likes to get probed the mishap in an extensive manner, shall constitute a Mishap Probe Commission and the Commission shall consist of at least 3  members among which one will be appointed as the chairperson of the Commission by the Government of Nepal. The Government of Nepal may depute other experts also as advisors to assist the Commission.
